Book A Sewing Party

Class Description

Allow the Sew Hope Community Room to host your own sewing party. Sewing parties include 3 hours of facility use at Sew Hope. We provide the fabric, supplies, and all sewing equipment. Your sewing event also includes an instructor(s) to guide you and your guests to create a fun, easy sewing project. No sewing experience is needed, we'll teach you everything you need to know. PRICING: Our fee is $35/per person and up. We require a 10 person minimum. Please note, we must adhere to our minimum. DEPOSIT: We require a $50.00 deposit to reserve your date. If you have 10 adult/child guests at your party that will sew and make a fun project; your total is $350.00. You will pay a $50.00 online deposit for your party, and your balance of $300.00 will be due on the date of your event. Have more than 15 guests at your sewing party? Please contact us directly so we can be sure that we are able to serve you and your party well. The price is $35/pp. Need a sewing party longer than three hours? You can reserve additional hours for $100.00 an hour. Want to bring food and snacks for your party? No worries, we are happy to assist you. Food, and refreshments and/or non-alcoholic drinks for your group are welcome at Sew Hope. You will need to provide paper products, utensils and items. RESERVE YOUR DATE We typically host our sewing parties when our store is closed so you can have full access to our facility. This looks like and Friday and Saturday evenings are best for us to host your group. DEPOSIT POLICY Please note that our required $50 deposit is refundable up to 14 days before your event should you need to cancel. Your $50.00 deposit is what holds your date and what you pay online today. On the day of your event, you are responsible to pay your remaining balance. SELECTING YOUR SEWING PROJECT Upon booking, we will send a list of easy, fun projects you can choose for your sewing party. We can't wait to serve you and your guests! Cancellation Policy

Registration & Payment: Payment is required upon class registration. Guests, children and pets are not permitted during class. Service dogs are welcome, please inform us in advance. For any special assistance requirements, please notify us in advance so we can assist you. Students may arrive 10-15 minutes early to set up for class. Classes will begin promptly. Refund Policy: If Sew Hope cancels a class due to low attendance you may opt for a full refund or credit. For student initiated cancellations, a full class refund if cancelled 5 days before the scheduled class. A credit is issued for cancellations 2-4 days prior to your class. No refund or credit is given for cancellations within one day of class. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for withdrawals after the class begins or for missed classes due to illness, personal conflicts or other reasons. Credit or fee transfer to future classes is possible, valid for up to 6 months from the originally registered class date. In the event of class cancellation due to weather or unforseen circumstances, we will attempt to reschedule. If the rescheduled date is inconvenient, you may opt for a refund, or credit (prorated for multi-session classes)
